Dear Landlord,
My name is Nikita. I am 32 years old, an Indian national, with Dutch Permanent residency. I have been living in the Netherlands now for seven years. I am relocating to Leiden from Enschede for a new role and am looking for a reliable rental home for the long term. I am an organised and quiet person who values a calm, respectful living environment. I work at Basalt Rehabilitation and LUMC as a Senior Researcher. I am seeking a long-term lease. I am flexible in moving from December or January. I do not smoke. I have no pets. I am straightforward and easygoing. I like a clean and tidy space. I like this place, and if possible I will be happy to schedule a viewing at your convenience.
Best regards,
Nikita Sharma
