I’m an IT professional working on a subcontract with the European Medicines Agency and mostly need to be on‑site, so a stable, calm place nearby is important.
I keep the place tidy, don’t smoke, and don’t host parties. In my free time I cook, read, and play games—nothing noisy. I can provide payslips, ID, and references, and I’m flexible on the move‑in date.
