Currently i'm unemployed due to a incapacity for work. That mean i have an wajong welfare payment where i dont have to apply for jobs. In august 2020 i'm starting a education so i'm going to school again and work while i'm learning for my trade. I dont have any pets, i dont smoke and i like to rent a apartment for minimun a year. If there
is a possibility i would like to get more familiar with eachother due to my last encounter with a rental owner that tried to cheat on me. No offense, but maybe you will understand my cautiousness.
