Dear Apparment Leiden team,

My sister and I would like to apply for the apartment at Tine van Dethstraat 11, Leiden. This particular home caught our attention for several reasons, and it suits our daily life perfectly.

I am Dr. Liliana Engelhardt, a psychiatrist with my own practice in Switzerland, established for 15 years. I visit Leiden regularly and would like to co-register at the address. I have a stable monthly income of over €20,000, which comfortably and structurally covers the rent.

My sister is a self-employed graphic designer and has lived in the Leiden area for over ten years. She recently went through a divorce and is looking for a calm place to start fresh, close to her children. She would live here permanently. In addition, she has personal savings, as well as capital she will receive shortly from the settlement of her divorce.
