Hello! My name is Hanya, and I'm a 20-year-old student from the UK. I study at Newcastle University and will be spending the 2026–2027 academic year at Leiden University as part of my degree. I'll then return to Newcastle to complete the final year of my degree.
I'm looking for a friendly shared house or apartment where I can enjoy student life while focusing on my studies. I'll be studying in the Faculty of Science and am really looking forward to living in the Netherlands and experiencing Dutch culture.
I'm a tidy, respectful and considerate person who enjoys living in a clean and comfortable home. I like cooking, keeping active, exploring new places, spending time with friends, and relaxing with a good book or a film. I'm sociable and enjoy getting to know new people, but I also appreciate everyone's personal space and quiet time.
I'm a non-smoker and don't have any pets. My budget is up to €800 per month, and I'm happy to live in shared accommodation in Leiden or nearby towns with a reasonable commute.
I'm a reliable tenant with family support from the UK and can provide any documents or references if required.
