Olívia is looking for: A Room / Rental Property / Studio / Apartment in Leiden

I am from Slovakia and currently in my last year, finishing my bachelor's in psychology at the University of Groningen. After my bachelors I am going to start a masters program from September at Leiden University and so am looking for a room there.

I have experience living alone abroad, and I take my studies and work very seriously. I consider myself a reliable, well-organized, clean, and respectful person. I am a nonsmoker and dont have any pets. I find it important to communicate openly and clearly, so if there are ever any issues or questions, I would always address them directly and responsibly. I am easy to talk to and value a comfortable and friendly living atmosphere.

I really enjoy learning languages and getting to know different cultures. I am originally from Slovakia, I speak German, and I am currently learning Dutch. During my Erasmus exchange in Valencia, I also started learning Spanish, which was a great experience for me both academically and personally.

In my free time, I like to stay active by doing Pilates, going to the gym, or playing volleyball. I am a social person and enjoy spending time with friends and family, but I also appreciate quiet moments and respect others’ need for privacy.

I believe I would be a positive and considerate addition to the household, and I would take good care of the room and shared spaces. For additional financial security, my rent will be supported by my parents throughout my studies. I’m committed to being a respectful, reliable tenant and a good neighbour, who will pay my rent on time, care for the property, and communicate with you whenever needed.
